  1. Ticket holders may be subject to search.
  2. Tickets are non-refundable or transferable.

  4. No bottles, cans, alcohol or food may be brought into the venue.
  5. No illegal substances may be brought into or taken in the venue. Anyone caught in possession of such substances will be ejected from the venue and reported to the police.
  6. Any patron caught throwing objects will be ejected from the venue without a refund and reported to the relevant authorities should an alleged offence occurred.
  7. Ticket holders may be subjected to noise levels that could potentially damage hearing please take adequate precautions.
  8. Ticket holders consent to any filming or sound recordings as members of the audience.
  9. Strobe lights may be used during performances and club nights.
  10. We expect our customers to be considerate to our neighbours when leaving the venue.
  11. If you look under 21 you will be asked for ID on entry and at the bar and at the discretion of our staff.
  12. If our majority audience is under the age of 18 then The Orange Box, in association with the relevant authorities, reserve the right to NOT serve alcohol.
  13. Age restrictions: Gigs 14+, Club Nights 18+.
  14. Cloak Room Facilities: We do have a cloak room. Items are accepted at a charge of £1 each and are left at the owner's risk.
  15. We have full disabled access and facilities.
  16. Use of cameras and recording equipment: No professional cameras, video cameras or sound recording equipment will be allowed in to the venue, unless permission is granted in advance.
